Through Project Udaan our goal is to aid in bringing the divided education system into an inclusive whole where children of diverse social and economic backgrounds may be unified through the knowledge they acquire at school.

Project Udaan is a community-based initiative to address the persistent challenge of out-of-school children in under served areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Southern Punjab and Sindh by combining education access with targeted community awareness.

By deploying creativity, teamwork, and technology to address the particular problems the country's educational system faces, Project Udaan is a step towards the dream of every child receiving primary and secondary education.

Challenges in Education

Pakistan's education system faces numerous challenges, including:

Access Disparities: Millions of children, particularly in rural and underserved areas, lack access to quality education due to factors such as poverty, gender inequality, and inadequate infrastructure.
Quality of Education: Despite efforts to improve educational access, quality remains a significant concern, with many schools lacking qualified teachers, adequate resources, and effective teaching methodologies.
Gender Disparities: Gender disparities persist in access to education, with girls often facing cultural and social barriers that limit their educational opportunities.
Skills Mismatch: The current education system often fails to equip students with the practical skills and knowledge needed to thrive in the modern workforce, leading to a mismatch between education outcomes and market demand.
